8D87 integration (18ffab2)

Build of the 8d87/integration branch at 18ffab2.

Pre-release, and not a supported build. This branch is a merge product of the
8D87 feature branches, rebuilt rather than advanced, so this tag points somewhere
different after every push. It exists so hardware findings can be reproduced against
what CI compiled.

Self-contained: no .NET runtime needed. Unzip and run OmenCore.exe as
Administrator - the EC and SMU paths need it, and keep OmenCore.HardwareWorker.exe
beside it or the app quietly drops to in-process monitoring.
