Code Mode now runs scripts inside the workflow, on pydantic-monty 1.0

Code Mode scripts now run directly in the workflow, and only the tools they call run as activities. A replay re-runs the script against the recorded tool results, so no sandbox snapshots are stored in workflow history. Scripts see the workflow's clock and a randomness source seeded from the workflow, and asyncio.sleep is a durable timer. A tool call that fails now raises inside the script at its await, so the script can catch it and carry on. A script that computes for more than a second without calling a tool is stopped with an error, so a runaway loop can't hang your workers.
