What does this PR do?
Removed unused leftover files that nothing in the docs site imports or links to with the Related Read, tooltip, and tile components.
repo-wide search found zero links to /pdf/ in docs. These seem to be outdated files. The pdfs about companies aren't docs content and the terms of service can be found here: https://temporal.io/terms-of-service
