Document the high-level stripe.create() integration and its SPT, Tempo, and Base charge methods. Restore the Stripe overview while correcting account prerequisites, broadening stablecoin coverage, and updating the charge card copy. I think the
chargepage is doing too much right now, and I will take a stab at splitting it up in the future. For now, this makes it clear thatstripe.createanddefaultMethodsshould be the default integration for developers who want to "build MPP on Stripe".
