Canonical launch tracker for Tempo-owned plugins.

Launch prerequisites

• Merge feat: add canonical multi-platform plugin registry #1
• Approve making the repository public
• Publish MCP-specific privacy disclosure or confirm the existing policy covers MCP data handling and retention
• Verify Tempo business identity and tempo.xyz in the OpenAI Platform
• Cut docs install links from tempoxyz/docs to tempoxyz/plugins
• Publish a signed, immutable version tag

Distribution

• OpenAI universal Plugins Directory: submit docs only
• Codex marketplace: validate public install and migrate existing tempo marketplace
• Claude Code: validate public install and submit docs
• Cursor Marketplace: submit public repository URL
• Gemini CLI gallery: publish generated standalone repositories and gallery topics
• GitHub Agent Skills: publish release with gh skill publish
• skills.sh: validate public installation and discovery
• Official MCP Registry: publish Tempo Docs and Mercator records after DNS verification
• Smithery: submit both hosted MCP endpoints

Keep tempo-wallet and mercator separate from OpenAI review because their paid-action and transaction capabilities do not fit current directory commerce rules. Record reviewer feedback, versions, install commands, and listing URLs here.

Current live gate: tempoxyz/tempo-apps#1230 adds the missing read-only annotations to the generated code tool. Production npm run test:mcp intentionally fails until that PR is merged and deployed; rerun it before marketplace submission. Repository validation and supporting PR checks are green.
