Motivation

Keep public documentation durable and separate transient rollout status from versioned guidance.

Summary

  • Remove private launch and approval-state wording
  • Replace the distribution tracker with lasting validation and publication requirements
  • Generalize upstream synchronization and brand-maintenance guidance
  • Remove obsolete deployment-specific submission blockers

Key design considerations

  • Preserve capability and marketplace eligibility disclosures
  • Preserve public security and contributor requirements
  • Keep rollout tracking in GitHub issues
