Modifiers can now be combined after the slash (e.g. preset="h2 / strong italic", preset="t2 / strong tight") and in the modifier-only shorthand (e.g. preset="bold italic"). Existing single-modifier syntax is unchanged.

• #180 c714552 Thanks @tenphi! - Skip OR expansion for pure-selector ORs so same-context branches like :hover | :focus or :-webkit-autofill | :autofill collapse cleanly into :is(...) instead of producing dead :not() chains. Also warn (dev only) when a state key references unmatchable :-internal-* pseudo-classes.
