This is basically a bugfix release, however there happened also some layout changes in the data viewer.

What's Changed

• Rearrangement of analysis parameters and buttons in data viewer - it's more horizontally compact now
• Transition to pyside6, became necessary after the delayed release of pyqt6 on conda forge
