Prebuilt HNSW vector index for semantic verse detection: 31,102 verses 脳 4096-dim Qwen3-Embedding-8B, native-endian f32 (the same file tracked as apps/server/data/embeddings.bin in Git LFS).
The server downloads this at startup when EMBEDDINGS_URL points here and the index is not already on disk.
