🚀 TT CLI v1.1.0 is out!

A few highlights since v1.0.1:

🚀 New Features

  • tt report: Collects logs into a bundle and drafts the support email (as an .eml) so you can file an issue with everything attached.
  • Serve routing: tt serve now takes --inference-server, --studio and --model-manager to choose which backend serves the model.
  • Concurrent serving with progress: tt serve shows deployment progress and can serve several models at once.
  • Served-model management: tt model ps lists served models across inference-server, tt-model and studio. tt model logs shows a served model's output. The remaining tt-model commands now live under tt model and tt serve.
  • Community models: A static starter list of community models, with catalogs published as GitHub release assets. tt model list --community is hardware-aware and shows a hardware column instead of arch. Org copies from Tenstorrent now count as verified. There are new docs on running and packaging community models.
  • tt model info for tt-model bundles: Describes a tt-model bundle id.
  • Qwen Code: Added as a tt launch client.
  • Terminal output overhaul: New phases, streaming output, parsers and cards. The pager now quits cleanly on Ctrl+C and no longer pages --help.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed tt model list truncating names on narrow terminals, and added paging for long listings and help.
  • Fixed --no-auth serve prompting for a JWT secret by seeding JWT_SECRET.
  • Fixed tt-smi not being found when installed by tt-installer (~/.tenstorrent-venv).
  • Fixed tt upgrade using a stale uv index cache by refreshing it first.
  • Made model ports consistent and added auto-detection in the launchers.
  • Fixed the support email's triage address and added a From header to the .eml.
  • Fixed tt report filing issues against the wrong repo. It now always files against tt-cli.
  • Clarified how tt model list and tt model list --community differ.
  • Fixed relative links in the README.

🔧 Technical Improvements

  • Made tt-model a base package instead of installing it lazily.
  • Switched usage telemetry from OpenTelemetry spans to PostHog events, and added the serve workflow to the usage data.
  • Bumped pinned upstream tool versions and the model catalog.
  • Added a release plan for new tt-cli versions and a CODEOWNERS file making the DX team the default reviewer.
