Authentication & Multilingual Beta

• Allow users to login with TouchPoint. Anyone with a TouchPoint user account can sign into WordPress as a subscriber and can interact with content as a known user.
• We're now multi-lingual! Translation has begun for Spanish. If you're interested in translating to other languages, we would love the help.
• Involvements (e.g. Small Groups) now load and sync faster.
• Caching improvements, which help everything load faster.
• Added more options to control which Involvements are imported for public display.
• A whole bunch of smaller bugs

This is an early release, intended for testing. If you try this out, please let us know of any issues. Please note that there is not a great downgrade path, so installing this on your production site may not be a great idea.
