Wheelly 0.1.1

A firmware and INDI driver update (three fixes); the mechanics are unchanged, so the printable
files of 0.1 still apply. Flash the new firmware and install the new driver
together.

• Moves no longer go wrong after powering up in the guide's order. With USB
  first and 12 V afterwards, the motor driver had been configured before its
  supply arrived and was never configured again, so moves could be wrong until a
  diag was sent. The firmware now checks the driver before every leg and
  reconfigures it whenever its 12 V appear after boot or after a reset.
• The INDI driver reconnects by itself. If the wheel's USB port disappears
  (cable pulled, wheel reset), the driver says so once in the log and reconnects
  through /dev/serial/by-id as soon as the wheel is back, instead of talking to
  a dead port.
• Empty filter names are accepted. An empty filter-name field is saved as
  Empty_<n> instead of being refused, and when the wheel refuses a name the
  driver says which slot and why.
