API Updates, Proxy Fixes, and JSDoc Improvements

• Added TeqFw_Core_Back_Api_Convert interface for converting between Domain DTO and Persistent DTO.
• Enhanced TeqFw_Core_Shared_App_Di_PostProcessor_Proxy to handle dependency stack propagation and prevent proxy
  loops.
• Replaced all @return annotations with @returns for consistency with JSDoc standards.
• Fixed an error in TeqFw_Core_Back_App_A_Stop_Plugins.act.
• Disabled console output for logging by default.
