Release list
Termco 0.9.13
- Keep expanded Chat and Agents, tab docking previews, and pane drag previews above native browser content.
- Keep browser pages aligned with their panes when moving them without changing their size.
- Restore normal workspace backgrounds when browser tabs are hidden, empty, or failed.
- Paint split headers and terminal surfaces opaquely beside a live browser, preventing old UI content from showing through after chat and pane moves.
- Verify repeated docking, full-width chat resizing, updating conversations, and native browser layering using the production renderer before publishing the Mac release.
- Prepare the complete plugin profile for the release tests and preserve startup diagnostics on failure. The 0.9.12 application release was withheld after this gate exposed a missing test-build prerequisite.
- The matching plugin snapshot requires Termco 0.9.12 or newer and is compatible with 0.9.13.
Termco 0.9.11
- Arrange files and terminals above, below, left, or right with drag previews and the new tab layout picker.
- Move an already docked pane again by dragging its title bar, preserving terminal sessions, unsaved edits, and undo history.
- Open a terminal below a file in that file's directory, and restore pane orientation and order with the workspace.
- Expand Chat and Agents to the left sidebar and resize them back; the full-width setting follows window and sidebar changes.
- Include the updated workspace shell and public docking interfaces required by the matching plugin release. That plugin snapshot requires Termco 0.9.11 or newer.
Termco 0.9.10
- Fixed application download progress so the bar and percentage grow as bytes arrive.
- Fixed signed plugin update progress so download, verification, preparation, and activation updates reach the dialog.
- Show a visible loading indicator while an update has no known percentage.
Termco 0.9.9
• Added a first-class Reviews view to Source Control for GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, and Forgejo. Open a pull or merge request in a local Termco tab to inspect its exact head/base revisions, branches, files, side-by-side diff, checks, review decisions, and discussions. Large GitLab merge-request diffs are supported beyond the old 2 MB metadata limit.
• Made review drafts easy to audit before publishing. The persistent review queue shows every draft's destination and creation time, line drafts remain visible inside the diff, and selecting a queued draft returns to its source line.
• Added threaded review replies for GitHub and GitLab. Existing conversations are grouped with their authors, timestamps, locations, resolution state, and review outcome; replies remain local drafts until you explicitly confirm publication.
• Made open feedback discoverable without hunting through files. Reviews now separate conversations from system history, show open counts on affected files, filter to commented or unresolved files, jump to the next open thread, and mark outdated locations.
• Added provider-backed review actions. Resolve or reopen a GitHub/GitLab conversation in place, see merge blockers, approval requirements, reviewers and checks, then submit the queued feedback as Comment, Approve, or Request changes where the provider supports it.
• Review publication now previews the exact destination and comment text, preserves feedback and pending approvals on retry, and leaves later AI drafts local. GitLab publication never includes drafts created outside Termco.
• Added exact-revision review tools for AI. The model can inspect review metadata, individual files, checks, and discussions, add local drafts, or—with approval—prepare a detached worktree without switching or dirtying your current checkout.
• Review chat actions now open the matching review tab and start a fresh conversation with the Code Reviewer agent. Reviewer chats remain pinned to the merge request's exact repository and rig even when another terminal becomes active.
• Review tabs now close when Termco restarts instead of restoring stale state for a merge request that may already have changed, merged, or closed.
• Improved AI tool discovery without loading every schema into every request. Termco now gives models a compact index of enabled capabilities, automatically exposes clear matches such as native tables and interactive choices, and keeps every other tool available through on-demand search.
• Reviews are easier to browse with title/number/author search, wrapped diff columns, and reliable navigation between open conversations. Diff caches now have a memory limit.
• Added an SSH password and passphrase dialog with Save in Termco enabled by default. Encrypted credentials are reused for reconnects, terminals, remote setup, coding agents, and port forwards; rejected credentials prompt again. Host verification remains explicit and verification codes are not saved.
• Improved chat and rig restoration so sessions retain their correct workspace context after restarting Termco.
• Fixed terminal and shell shutdown, including cancellation of queued remote commands and cleanup of pending SSH authentication.
• Improved update-note presentation and local plugin rebuilding so development runs load current plugin sources and their dependencies.
The matching plugin release requires Termco 0.9.9 or newer.
Termco 0.9.8
• Kept embedded browser tabs live and interactive while Termco tours, dialogs, menus, popovers, and plugin-owned overlays render correctly above them.
• Fixed popup ordering after onboarding is dismissed, including late-positioned menus and repeated open/close cycles.
• Improved the New workspace file dialog so long paths scroll inside the path preview without moving or clipping the modal and its actions.
• Updated Plugin Creator guidance and generated overlay examples for compatibility with live native browser surfaces.
• Hardened application shutdown and plugin cleanup so production verification and restarts finish without leaving background processes behind.
The matching plugin release now requires Termco 0.9.8 or newer, preventing older application builds from installing incompatible browser-layer plugins.
Termco 0.9.7
• Updater verification release for installations running Termco 0.9.6.
• No application behavior changes are included in this release.
• Installing this update verifies that Electron completes replacement before Termco restarts.
Termco 0.9.6
• Fixed application updates so Electron completes installation before Termco restarts.
• Added a clear What’s new section for application and plugin updates.
• Preserved multiline application notes and per-plugin change summaries in the update review.
Important for upgrades from 0.9.4 and 0.9.5:
Those versions can interrupt their own automatic restart. Download and install Termco 0.9.6 manually once from this release. In-app updates will work normally after that.
