Terraphim Clients v1.21.19 — shared synonym search

Editor-authored synonyms now work throughout terraphim-grep search and optional synthesis.

• Search an exported alternative such as Concern and retrieve source passages written with Risk.
• Search the complete synonym group as literal text, including large groups and words that resemble query filters. Display limits no longer discard synonym evidence.
• Use --search-only for retrieved passages, or --answer with a configured provider for a source-grounded answer. Compound user queries retain their filters; synthesis is instructed to preserve the source's decision status.

Example after downloading the editor's graph and clean project brief:

The release also carries reviewed fff-search version pinning, mmap-cache refusal and filesystem-name guards. These are partial mitigations; concurrent-writer filesystem hazards remain outside their guarantee.

Binary archives are built from immutable source 2d1820e81d2a9458d4d5eca012e7d0e0d2accf49, with checksum and embedded-signature verification. The standard inventory contains 17 archives for terraphim-grep, terraphim-agent and terraphim-cli across the supported macOS and Linux targets. Windows is outside this release's target inventory.
