Terraphim clients 1.21.22 adds an explicit local store shared by the agent CLI and the optional MCP memory/learning tools. The MCP tools are exposed only when the server starts with --agent-data-dir; recording a failure does not activate a correction, execute a command, or register a knowledge-graph synonym. Corrections must be authored and compiled explicitly.
This release also fixes single-file terraphim-grep --paths selection and explicitly releases transaction locks before closing their file descriptors, including when a child process inherited the descriptor.
The unpublished 1.21.21 candidate was withheld after Linux testing found the inherited-lock defect. Its tag and staged artefacts remain unchanged; 1.21.22 is the corrected replacement.
The CLI release is built from immutable source 88a09d8b11e4eab550c6f7410f86faee7cc41ecc. MCP is distributed separately under its own release tag. Use the released CLI and MCP pair for cooperating-writer guarantees; older CLI writers do not participate in the new shared transaction locks.
