@nickheyek This looks great. Please create one epic called new issue for each of the following and assign to existing epic #142:

1. deploy as VM. Deploy Shiny App #145
2. Use experiment name for season, parse the name field and just use the text preceding :
3. Implement field scale heat maps
4. Implement subsetting or plotting by cultivar (aka genotype)
5. Plot cleanups (assign to me)
   • label Y axis w/ variables.label ( variables.units) (need populate the label field)
   • better vis. of outliers, perhaps using alpha = 0.1 and / or jitter and / or size = 0.5 parameters for points; maybe first plot all points then overlay w/ boxplot
6. Deal w/ plotting speed. I suspect this problem has been addressed and perhaps a package exists.

I'll merge this. But please create these new issues within the epic #142
