Not sure if we should call this the TERRA workbench as we have been doing with other websites (e.g. BETYdb --> TERRA Phenotype database, Clowder --> TERRA REF Sensor Database) and I haven't been consistent.
the html file is the compiled version for review, but edits should be done to the Rmd file.
