Hotfix for the failed 0.5.9 community scan.

• Replace unsupported regex lookbehind in tag and Markdown matching with compatible boundary checks.
• Preserve nested and Unicode tags, case-insensitive matching, source offsets, literal Markdown, tag renaming, and surrounding whitespace.
• Keep long unmatched delimiter runs responsive.
• Fix the public ESLint configuration so it works without private development files and retains all existing checks.

Validation: 1,109 tests and the production build pass. Native Obsidian Desktop 1.14.4 checks cover nested-tag rendering, queries, checkbox saves, Live Preview, autocomplete, 22 syntax cases, and literal-note preservation. Legacy regex syntax is covered by regression tests; physical iOS execution remains unverified.
