0.5.8
Task Card 0.5.8 brings three improvements:
- Steadier task editing: completing, editing, or deleting tasks in Reading view preserves card display state and avoids blinking. Quick Add saves reliably from Reading view.
- Clearer query views: counts distinguish shown/vault tasks from completed/shown tasks, the unnecessary final divider is removed, and project dots reveal names on hover. Click a project dot for an action that opens its tasks in Obsidian search.
- Organized task lists: group results by project or importance, sort by importance, due date, title, or original order, and place completed tasks last. Find these saved options in the redesigned query editor under Filters, Scope, and View. The saved task view stays clean.
Existing queries retain their original flat order until you choose organization options. The Eisenhower matrix keeps its existing quadrants. These settings change the view without rewriting source task order.
Update through Obsidian's Community plugins settings, or download plugin-release.zip for manual installation.
