Repository Cleanup (Priority 1-3)

This release focuses on repository organization and cleanup, removing redundant files and improving documentation structure.

Files Removed/Archived

Redundant Files:

• AGENTS.md - Developer guidelines (content duplicates CONTRIBUTING.md)
• AUTHORS.md - Contributor tracking (redundant with pyproject.toml + git log)

Obsolete Planning Files:

• docs/implementation-plan.yaml - Archived to docs/archive/ (6 months old, 24 vs 48 tests)
• docs/planning-index.yaml - Removed (outdated index, references archived files)

From Priority 1-2 (v0.7.1 work):

• DOCUMENTATION.md - Removed (redundant with docs/README.md)
• RELEASE_NOTES*.md - Moved to docs/releases/

Files Reorganized

• docs/PHASE*.yaml → docs/phases/ (3 SSoT planning files)
• GITHUB_PYPI_SETUP.md → docs/setup/
• tests/archive/E2E_TESTING_PLAN_v1.0.0.md → docs/plans/

Cache Files Untracked

• .lychee* files (3 link checker cache files)
