Bug Fixes

• api: add input validation to fetch_blocks() to prevent OOM crashes (25807c9)

BREAKING CHANGES

• api: fetch_blocks() now raises ValueError for:

• No constraints specified (must have start, end, or limit)
• Empty string dates (start="" or end="")
• Reversed date ranges (start > end)

Also fixes limit=0 to return 0 rows instead of entire blockchain.
