moved to kitchen transport

Hi jmahowald, would you be able to take another look at this and why it has not been merged? I'm working on a project in Rackspace using almost exclusively Windows and it would be great to be able to use the official upstream test-kitchen to test with. Thank you! |

Thanks for this @jmahowald but i'm going to close this in favor for: #92. We should have 1.4 support and Windows support extremely soon. |

Test Kitchen refactored a transport layer, moving some previous driver logic into test kitchen itself. I wasn't able to use my existing .kitchen.yml (though it possibly could have worked by simply editing in the transport layer).
Anyway, this change updates it, using kitchen-ec2 as a guide. As a side effect it now works with windows, and would hopefully close #45
