Any chance to use a smaller size logo here? Looks like we're using smaller sizes everywhere. I don't mind helping with rescaling it if needed.

This PR updates the Angular logo.
I also re-sorted the logo's and menu items, from libraries/frameworks to test runners. I can revert this if you want.
