Changelog

• Settings are stored separately per machine.
• Several testium instances can run in parallel on the same machine.
• Tree state and log file are remembered per test file.
• Pause lets the current step finish and stops the run before the next.
• Checkboxes stay operative during a run: unchecked steps are skipped.
• Jump to any step while paused (right-click), forward or backward.
• Re-run the step that just executed (Shift+F10).
• Breakpoints can carry a pause condition (right-click).
• An unchecked or jumped-over top-level item no longer fails the run.
• F1 expression tester and breakpoint conditions: the <| ... |>
  markers are implicit.
• Choices dialog: select/deselect-all and fold/unfold controls.
• Group items show a folder icon, open or closed with the tree.
• Recent-files menu: ten entries, hovering an entry shows the full path.
