Possible MM Regression on the latest pre-releases (v2.1.2-160425)

Trying to deodex this framework from MM N910P build: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7yjRH4f-JfgZkppaHRaeWlMOXc/view?usp=sharing

Oat2dex v0.86 works fine but the latest pre-release v2.1.2-160425 does not, i use svadev tool and it does not show any failure on the logs.

I tried the new snapshot (snapshot-with-v2.1.2-160425-2) and it seems to have the same issue, some files got deodexed like core-libart and consrypt... but many others fail with no errors on the tool logs and counted as originally deodexed:
