v3.0.1 — Fix git dubious-ownership

Patch release fixing a bug where vps_check produced no output for the admin user.

Fix

/opt/vps-setup is cloned as root, but operators run vps_check as the admin user — git refused with fatal: detected dubious ownership, so the login update check silently did nothing. (vps_update was unaffected; it escalates to root.)

• setup.sh now registers the repo as a system-wide git safe.directory after cloning — fresh installs are unaffected.
• New migration 20260516_001_git_safe_directory.sh applies the same fix to existing v3.0.0 installs.

Upgrading from v3.0.0

vps_update

The migration runs automatically and vps_check will work afterward.
