Completes the 6.2.1 pagination-counter fix, which external review found could still leave the
footer stale in one case: a write that changes the total while leaving the current page's rows
byte-identical — a created row that sorts onto another page. TabulatorViewList's redraw gate
hashed only the response's data, so the refreshed internal estimate was never repainted because
the identical rows skipped the push. The gate's hash now covers last_page/last_row as well
(listContentHash): a metadata-only change triggers the redraw, while the no-op optimisation is
preserved when neither rows nor totals moved. The hash also travels in ApiList.contentHashCode;
no engine or known consumer reads it server-side, so widening its input is client-local.
The selection-preserving refresh is now shared shipped code (pushPreservingSelection), used by apiCall and driven directly by the browser suite — previously the tests duplicated the sequence.
Added (tests)
Browser coverage for the gaps the review named: metadata-only change repaints the counter
("1-5 / 6" with identical page rows), row selection survives a refresh, and the page-size selector
still reloads with a correct counter. The two new guards are mutation-tested.
Migration Guide
Nothing required. Internal to TabulatorViewList; no API changed.
