Let's give /crash some extra fangs. Some clients have bypasses for the code in /crash, so in cases like those, this pull request adds code which fixes bugs in the command and introduces a new kind of exploit called WorldLock which effectively softlocks vulnerable clients. Older clients can induce flashing, so it also adds a timeout for those individuals.

return after offline/null check so that there is no NPE thrown if user is offline/null and execution goes through to teleportAsync and user.sendPacket
