First Alpha Release of the Fork. Currently I only tested the CUDA and DirectML version on Windows.

New Features:

• Implemented the SPIN-Embedder
• Created a new modern web interface
• Added input and output audio effect pipeline

Some features like the editing of model names are only implemented in the frontend, because the current version is still using the old middleware.

Known issues:

• Kaggle runs on Ubuntu 22.04 and doesn't support the required GLIBC version.
