Promotes docs phase 3 to main to republish the site: 6 provider READMEs expanded to the Crypto/Vfs quality bar (all claims source-verified, 0.15 bootstrap pattern everywhere) and Related cross-links completed on every package README. Text-only; docs: commits produce no version bump.
