with-ffmpeg - self-contained, works out of the box. Start here.

slim - 15 MB instead of 28, but requires FFmpeg installed (brew install ffmpeg); video and audio stages won't work without it.

Key improvements:

  • Moved away from mmap weights
  • Memory management reworked: actively manage loaded weights as wired buffers in active pool and reclaimable pool
