with-ffmpeg - self-contained, works out of the box. Start here.

slim - 15 MB instead of 27, but requires FFmpeg installed (brew install ffmpeg); video and audio stages won't work without it.

Key Improvements:

  • Added temporal-slice stage to extract the last frame of a generated video easily
  • Easy control of saved video quality through the Web-UI. For MiniMax-H3 output at 1 mega pixels, tune up the video bitrate to improve output quality
  • Less inference memory and slightly faster start up time for MiniMax-H3. M5 16 GB generates 5 seconds @ 1 mp easily
