The first complete release of the template.

• A markdown library with an append-only journal (wiki/log.md), one page per case, project or person, and a status page generated from frontmatter.
• fmquery.py for search, the dashboard, the trial balance (--balance), fact checks that run without a model (--eval) and monthly log rotation.
• A validation hook that checks frontmatter and the voice rules on every write, and voice.py for checking any text against them.
• Ten commands, including /onboard, which interviews you in nine questions and shapes the library to your work.
• selftest.py, which checks the whole setup with 41 checks and ends green on a fresh clone.
