- Forward the allow_chmod claim through fluxfiles_token's $webp gate array,
  Laravel/WordPress token() overrides, and Node createToken.
- Docs: README "File permissions (chmod)" under the SFTP disk section + the
  allow_chmod claim row; api-map GET/POST /api/fm/chmod.
- Bump laravel/wordpress floor to ^0.2.27 (the adapter smokes now read the
  allow_chmod Claims prop); guard skips until that tag is released.
- Version bumps: wordpress 0.2.12, @fluxfiles/node 0.1.9.

Release: core-v0.2.27, laravel-v0.2.13, wordpress-v0.2.12, @fluxfiles/node 0.1.9.

Tests: laravel/wordpress/node allow_chmod forwarding; full core green.
