Improve the README content. It's well-structured but has drifted out of date against features shipped recently, and there's room to sharpen the framing.
Stale / missing (features shipped, not reflected)
Project switcher — Quick start still says "paste a git URL into the source picker," but the switcher is now a full-viewport Projects view with recents (Refresh the project selector / switcher experience #77 /Refresh the project switcher: full-viewport Projects view (#77) #86 ). Update the load/switch flow.
Info tab — no mention of the World Almanac repo-metadata pane (Add metadata about the world #60 ) or the "How this city is built" legend (Info tab: add a "How this city is built" legend section #88 ).
Theme switcher — Settings section lists only "File preview: syntax theme"; it should cover the new accent + surface theme switcher (Theme switcher: pick accent + surface colors #87 ).
Settings layout — described as a flat list, but Settings is now organized into subtabs (World / Updates / Preview / Shortcuts / Debug) (Reorganize Settings pane onto PaneTabs subtabs #69 /Redesign the Settings pane: subtabs + readable rows (#69) #85 ).
Screenshots (.github/readme/*.png) predate the design-system overhaul (affordance Interactive elements don't read as interactive (links, buttons, tabs) #78 , typography Audit and standardize typography (colors, sizes, casing) #83 , a11y Accessibility audit #79 , Street pane Improve the Streets right-pane (StreetPane) #80 , theme Theme switcher: pick accent + surface colors #87 ) — likely need re-capturing.
Content-quality improvements (direction TBD — this is my README, decide the vision)
Punchier intro / clearer value proposition up top.
A short "why / who's it for" angle (what you actually get out of visualizing a repo this way).
Consider a brief "how it works" note for the curious (scan → manifest → 3D), separate from the Development section.
Notes
Follow the house rules: no em-dashes in prose, keep the existing section structure unless a reorg is clearly better (flag it if so).
Content-led — brainstorm the framing before rewriting.
