A disk image to install from

Each release now comes with a .dmg alongside the .zip: open it and drag
mssh onto Applications. The app inside is the same as in v0.6.0.

The build is still not signed with an Apple Developer ID, so macOS will warn the
first time you open it — right-click the app and choose Open, or allow it in
System Settings → Privacy & Security.
