  1. Whisper Voice API Integration: Our system seamlessly integrates the powerful Whisper Voice API (Whisper) for live voice-to-text transcription, ensuring accurate and efficient conversion.
  2. Semantic Enrichment with Hugging Face Instructor Embeddings and Llama 70b-v2-chat: With the help of Langchain, we extract the data from the URLs. This text undergoes semantic enrichment through Hugging Face's instruct embeddings, leveraging the advanced capabilities of the Llama-70B model with a replicate API. NLP preprocessing algorithms help enhance semantic understanding.
  3. Efficient Embedding Storage with FAISS: Faiss, a robust vector database, serves as the optimal storage solution for embeddings, providing quick and efficient retrieval during conversational interaction using the Llama70 b model.
  4. Dynamic Responses and Semantic Search: Empowered by a rich embedding database, our AI engages in semantic search, delivering dynamic responses to user queries and offering contextually relevant information.
  5. User Friendly Interface and Portal Navigation: A thoughtfully designed user interface ensures a friendly interaction, complemented by the AI's ability to navigate through Bank of Baroda portals and provide responses in the form of relevant links and pop-ups.

Our solution for enhancing customer service with generative AI stands out due to its advanced capabilities in natural language processing and personalized interactions. By leveraging state-of-the-art AI models like GPT-4 and integrating with Azure's robust ecosystem (including Azure Cognitive Services and Azure Machine Learning):

Our Technology Stack:

  • Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT-3) or similar: This large language model (LLM) is the core of the concept solution, providing natural language understanding (NLU) and generation capabilities.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Integration: Integrate with existing CRMs to access customer data (purchase history, preferences, past interactions) for personalization.
