v0.1.32 — fix the brightness-support install

apt was succeeding while the running process still couldn't import the
library. The installer now restarts the service to pick it up (guarded by
the camera lock), but only after a fresh interpreter proves a restart will
actually help — a genuinely broken library reports its real error instead.

Installer output now goes to the journal, so a failed install is visible in
View logs. /api/diag reports free disk. The brightness toggle can always be
switched off, even when the library is missing.
