What's Changed

Added targeted addTo=optin(id) support for damage dice upgrades and type overrides, allowing an opted-in bonus damage part to become a separate typed synthetic damage roll.
- Added a Selected Optin pill to the addTo editor.
- Added Venomous Strike example to the WIKI.
Changed name= labels to replace the Active Effect name instead of appending it.
Some WIKI cleanup
