Full Expanded Jurisdiction and Full Modern Traffic have been split into two OIVs. If you currently use FEJ, use both the OIVs to update. If you want to change to using only one, use the current version uninstaller before proceeding.

Added

Gambling Dens. Gangs will now host some underground games of chance. Better rep will result in higher stakes games. Games are only played at night.
Casinos. The Vinewood casino is now open for business. Has a selection of low stakes games and is open 24/7.
Blackjack. You can now play blackjack at any of the casinos or gambling dens. Different games have different stakes and parameters.
Roulette. You can now play roulette at any of the casinos or gambling dens. Different games have different stakes and parameters.
Win Limits. Each location has a win limit and you will be temporarily banned if you hit it.
Gang Loans. Added loan options from gangs. Better reputation will result in more favorable loan parameters. Failure to repay a loan on time can have sever consequences.
Loan Vig. Can make vig payments on a loan to give you more time before paying it off.

Added vehicle and ped spawn limit. LSR will pause spawning if the there are too many entities already spawned (Toggle in WorldSettings. Default: 180 vehicles, 120 peds).
