Hi everyone,

This is the initial release to get things going. There will be more beta release in the future to fix some of the bugs that where present in Ice and are therefore present in Thaw.

I currently don't have an ETA for a stable release. Furthermore, I won't work on new features as of now, since my primary focus is on fixing bugs. If you find any, please do not hesitate to report them.

Overview

This release mainly addresses the following issues:

• Fix menu bar items not displaying when "Displays have separate spaces" is disabled on macOS 26 (Tahoe).
• Fix crashes on macOS 26 (Tahoe).
• Reduce high memory usage and memory leaks, especially in multi-monitor setups.
• Reduce UI flicker on about page when interacting with control elements.

Known Issues:

• Smart and timed menu bar re-hiding does not function properly, especially in multi-monitor setups.
• Still uses the old Ice icon.
