First major 2.x release
Features:
- New deployment model - Cloudkeeper instances are run by communities
- Drop support for multiple image lists
- New version of Cloudkeeper gRPC protocol specification [1]
- Image checksum check against image list data after image download
- Return a non-zero status code when errors occure on backend (even though the synchronization process will continue)
- Add option to skip image list verification
