Update: Added function to replace all player names on a team with their registered positions (Team > Set player names to positions)
Update: "Fix database" function now ensures all kit preview colors display correctly in PES17
Update: Moved redundant definitions of lists of playing styles and positions to single location in menu_lists.cpp
Bugfix: PES18 playing styles now written correctly by "Output rosters to TSV" function
