Rigdio Changes

Added a playback speed slider to the main window for each team, goes from 0.25 to 4.00 (only takes effect when you press play, doesn't change midway)
Added a Random button to the chant window that randomly picks a chant from the team's list
Fixed a bug where the goalhorn will continue playing if the reset button is pressed while the song is fading
