Update Serial Monitor S1/S2 gating to reflect reassignable serial ports The rewritten Serial Monitor page described the old compile-time-only gating (S1 hidden entirely on RoboClaw builds, S2 shown whenever Aux Serial 2 is on) -- both are now runtime-derived from which role actually occupies each port, since either port can carry either protocol after reassignment. Document WCB Client mesh settings and rewrite Serial Monitor page Connectivity: add the Wi-Fi Channel setting (previously undocumented) and a full WCB Client section covering the mesh identity fields and why the Wi-Fi channel must be coordinated with the mesh channel. Serial Monitor: the page described a UI that no longer exists (color-coded by info/warning/error, a text filter box, click-to-pause). Rewrote to match the actual current toolbar (TX/RX + per-source LOG/S0/S1/S2/WCB filters, Pause/Resume, Clear, Send), and documented the new LOG source.
