v5.3.0 - BHTwitter

Not much has changed since last time but I'm releasing all build type and Twitter branded variants now too.

In case you missed it last release:

Implements using web authentication for tweeting. This is used for both base tweets and replies. You may notice it being a bit slow to send from secondary accounts the first time on each launch, as we need to pull the cookies. I can probably include better caching but I would like to make sure everything works first.

If Twitter changes something or you run into edge-cases where you have errors, you can disable this and go back to native tweeting/webview replying by enabling the Reply in webview option. Alternatively, if you're loading this over an existing install, you'll have to turn that option off to use this.

If you want the Safari extension to open in the app, I haven't implemented it into the package, but you can achieve the same results by adding this userscript to wBlock.
