• Every chat starts from your record. A short digest of the whole record goes
  with every message, including chats with no note attached: what is due, your
  weakest concepts nearest the note you are on, and the confusions still showing in
  your answers. Chat needs fewer lookups before it answers.
• Chat knows why you missed something. A wrong or partly right answer is now kept
  with its concept, with the reason it was marked down, so Chat can name the exact
  mistake. Answers from before this version are read once from your session notes.
• Confusions open and close by your answers. A confusion counts as open while it
  shows in your last few answers on a concept, and as fixed once it stops showing.
• Plainer labels. A concept named after a quoted heading or an embedded picture is
  described in words.
