All of the documentation for IRM is location in the docs directory of this
installation.  Please browse there for more information.  Of particular
interest:

INSTALL -- complete installation instructions for the first-time IRM user.

UPGRADE -- important points to note when performing an upgrade from a
	previous version of IRM to this one.

RELEASE_NOTES -- Useful bits of information about this release of IRM, such
	as important new features or critical bugfixes.  You should read
	this with each new release of IRM.
