Plot performance and usability improvements:
- scroll + cursor work on more of the plot area
- plot leading edge is smoother
- plot no longer resizes on connect
- plot no longer clears follow live on connect
- zooming + follow live:
- zooming on trailing half of plot (towards t=0) no longer disables follow live
- zooming in on leading half of plot no longer disables follow live.
- zooming out on leading half of plot disables follow live
- cursor labels render on top of enum name overay
- enum name overlay outline and text is more stable
- plot area does not resize constantly while following live
